Who we are and what these terms cover

Neocatalyst is a founder-led growth studio based in Kochi, Kerala. The business is owned and run by Neocatalyst Digital, trading as Neocatalyst (“Neocatalyst”, “we”, “us”). Full seller details are at the end of this page.

These terms apply when you use this website (www.neocatalyst.in) or buy a digital product from us, including the NeoTrails playbooks. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.

Agency services (strategy, content, ads, lead systems and similar) are governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign with each client, not by these terms.

Digital products and your licence

Our digital products, such as the NeoTrails playbooks, are PDF files that we license to you; they are not sold to you outright.

Each purchase gives one buyer a single-user licence to use the files for personal and professional use, including client work. You may use what you learn and the templates inside to win and serve your own clients.

You may not:

• share, forward or give the files to anyone else;
• resell, sublicense, upload or republish the files, in full or in part, on any website, group, drive or marketplace;
• present our content as your own product or course.

Contacting businesses responsibly

Some products include business contact routes and message scripts. When you use them, you are responsible for following the law and each platform’s rules, including WhatsApp’s Business and anti-spam policies and Instagram’s community guidelines.

Send personalised, one-to-one messages only. Do not bulk-message, automate or spam the businesses listed, and stop contacting any business that asks you to. Inclusion of a business in our products does not imply any endorsement of, or relationship with, Neocatalyst.

No guarantee of income or results

Our playbooks are educational resources. Results depend on your skills, effort, market and execution. We do not guarantee any income, collaborations, bookings or client wins.

Any figures we share come from Neocatalyst’s own agency work. They show what the studio has achieved, not what a typical buyer will earn.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Your order is confirmed once Razorpay confirms the payment. Launch and founding prices apply only for the period or number of orders stated on the product page at the time you buy.

Delivery

Products are delivered by email as a download link sent to the address you give at checkout. Please check that the email address is correct. How delivery works, and what to do if your link doesn’t arrive, is set out in our Delivery Policy.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. The cases where we fix the problem or refund you are set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including text, designs, illustrations, frameworks and templates, belongs to Neocatalyst or its licensors. Client names and work shown on this site are used with permission or as a record of our own work; their trademarks belong to their owners. You may not use the Neocatalyst or NeoTrails names or branding without our written consent.

Acceptable use of the website

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the site, upload harmful code, scrape it in bulk or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services such as Netlify (hosting and forms), Razorpay (payments) and WhatsApp (chat). We aren’t responsible for their availability or their own terms, which also apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

The website and products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to purchases made while it is published.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala.

If you have a complaint, please contact our Grievance Officer (details below) first. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
