What we collect
- Enquiry forms (Contact page and homepage): your name, email, phone number, brand, the service and budget you choose, and your message.
- Case-study unlock: the email address you enter to read the full case studies.
- Purchases: your name, email, phone number and, if you ask for a GST invoice, your billing and GST details. Payment details are collected by Razorpay, not by us.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and send proposals you ask for;
- to process your order, email your download link and issue invoices;
- to let you read the full case studies, and to follow up once about your growth goals;
- to keep the site secure and working;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify: hosts this website and receives our form submissions.
- Razorpay: processes payments.
- Our email provider: delivers download links, invoices and replies.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts on this site, which shares your IP address with Google.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. Some of them may store data outside India.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you unlock the case studies, we save a small note in your browser’s local storage (named nc_cases_unlocked, holding the email you used) so you don’t have to unlock them again on that device. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser’s site data.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we’re in conversation with you and for a reasonable period after. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Send requests to our Grievance Officer, Jamshid E K, at hello@neocatalyst.in. We’ll acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, and all pages are served over HTTPS. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our products are meant for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version, with its “last updated” date, is always on this page.
