What we deliver
Neocatalyst sells digital products only, such as the NeoTrails playbooks (PDF files). Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.
How delivery works
- You pay securely on Razorpay.
- As soon as the payment is confirmed, we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout.
- The link usually arrives within 5 minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
If your link doesn’t arrive
If you haven’t received your link within 1 hour, email hello@neocatalyst.in or WhatsApp +91 96459 86559 with your Razorpay payment ID and checkout email. We’ll resend it within 24 hours.
Keeping your files
Please download and save your files when you receive them. If your link expires or you lose your files, write to us from your purchase email and we’ll send a fresh link.
Updated editions
Each product shows its edition (for example, “October 2026 edition”). Any free updates we offer to past buyers are sent to the email used at checkout.
